Terms of Use

EURO ADV is currently free to use. There are no paid downloads, subscriptions, marketplace fees, or paid route listings. Features may change as the community project develops.

You may need a free account to upload routes, download private GPX files, save favorites, rate routes, comment, or manage a profile. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

You keep ownership of content you upload, including GPX files, images, route text, comments, and ratings. By submitting content, you grant EURO ADV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, moderate, and share that content as needed to operate the community route library.

• Only upload content that you created, own, or have permission to share.
• Do not upload private, confidential, copyrighted, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unsafe content.
• Do not publish personal data about others without permission.
• Do not upload routes that knowingly direct riders onto closed roads, private land without permission, prohibited trails, or unlawful off-road areas.

EURO ADV may review, approve, reject, edit for formatting, hide, or remove routes, comments, images, profiles, or accounts to protect the community, comply with requests, or reduce safety, legal, spam, or abuse risks.

GPX files and route notes are community information, not professional guidance. Conditions can change quickly. You are responsible for checking road legality, closures, weather, terrain, border rules, permits, insurance, motorcycle condition, skill level, fuel range, and emergency planning before riding.

EURO ADV is provided as available. Routes, maps, coordinates, images, reviews, ratings, elevation data, and downloads may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. EURO ADV does not guarantee that any route is safe, legal, open, or suitable for any rider or motorcycle.

The site may link to or load data from third-party services such as OpenStreetMap, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, GitHub, and external route or community resources. Those services are responsible for their own content, terms, privacy practices, and availability.

To request account deletion, profile changes, route removal, or review of a moderation decision, contact hello@euroadv.eu.

These terms may be updated as EURO ADV changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
